5 Week baby massage and baby yoga classes starting on tuesday 3rd July at Avenue house in Finchley (continuous courses running throughout the summer and winter months and holidays).
classes are small, intimate and great fun. a brilliant way to meet other mums and babies in your area.
Baby Massage is a great way of bonding with your baby and caring for you baby if they suffer from colic, reflux and consitpation/wind. The massage routines are designed to help baby and mums relax and aids with poor sleeping patterns.
Baby yoga includes out mummy time post natal yoga with gentle yet effective stretches to help mums start getting back into shape after child birth. The baby yoga routines are designed to help babies develop muscle tone, balance, co-ordination and spatial awareness.
Book early to get into the course.
